Pursuant to Chapter 58 of the Laws of 2011 notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (c) of subdivision 15 of section 501 of the Executive Law, at least 60 days notice is required prior to the anticipated closure of facilities operated by the Office of Children and Family Services, significant services reductions, public employee staffing reductions and/or transfer of operations to a private or not-for-profit entity.
